Recently, Inner Mongolia Haopu Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Department of Industry and Information Technology as an autonomous region level industrial design center, becoming the first enterprise in Alxa League to receive this honor. Inner Mongolia Haopu Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Bayin Aobao Industrial Park, Alxa High tech Industrial Development Zone. It is an innovative new material manufacturing enterprise that integrates the research and development, production, and sales of organic phosphorus flame retardants. In 2023, it was rated as an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Since its establishment in June 2018, the company has always adhered to technological innovation. While independently researching and developing dimethyl phosphite, it has also developed a series of high-end phosphorus based flame retardants (including DOPO intermediates), antioxidants, and solid waste treatment agents for chlorides in accordance with the national environmental development plan for flame retardants and the agricultural industry. Among them, the independently developed "Phenyl ferrocene phosphate as a smoke suppressant in epoxy resin application" was granted an invention patent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.

It is reported that previously, the core technology of high-end phosphorus based flame retardant series products had been monopolized by Japan and European and American countries. Inner Mongolia Haopu Technology Co., Ltd. has overcome the key "bottleneck" technology through independent research and development, breaking the foreign technology monopoly and occupying the high ground in the field of high-end flame retardant new materials in China.

The company will build a production base for phosphorus based flame-retardant series new materials in Alxa High tech Zone. According to Tao Zhaotian, assistant to the chairman of the company, the recognition and special funding support from the autonomous region level industrial design center have greatly stimulated the motivation for innovation and entrepreneurship in the enterprise. The company will continue to increase the research and development efforts of the industrial design center, lead the development of flame-retardant new materials in China, and add new impetus to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
