In response to the national plan for the development of flame retardants and environmental protection in the agricultural industry, Inner Mongolia Haopu Technology Co., Ltd. has invested in the construction of pesticide intermediates and high-end flame retardants projects, with a total investment of 660 million yuan, to effectively launch all of the company's high-tech products into the market. The first phase of the project started construction in May 2019 with an investment of nearly 200 million yuan. In 2020, an annual production capacity of 10000 tons of pesticide intermediate methyl phosphonic acid diethyl ester production plant was built and put into operation; The second phase project will start construction in April 2023, with an investment of nearly 460 million yuan, mainly used for the production of high-end phosphine based environmentally friendly flame retardants.
