Construction content: Change the existing 8 esterification kettles to desorption kettles, and after the change, the desorption kettles will be changed to 18. Dismantle the existing centrifuge and replace the centrifuge supporting the esterification kettle with a matching filter; Replace the original sodium tetrachloroaluminate receiving tank with a fixed receiving tank and add a supporting slicing workshop. 12 new esterification reactors have been added and placed in the production workshop of Diethyl Methylphosphite Phase II (Workshop 187).

According to public information, Inner Mongolia Haopu Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 406.24 million yuan in the construction of the Bayin Aobao Industrial Park in Alxa Economic Development Zone, Inner Mongolia, which includes 10000 tons of flame retardant intermediate methyl phosphite diethyl ester, for the annual production of 10000 tons of methyl phosphite diethyl ester, 20000 tons of phosphorus based flame retardants, and 30000 tons of polyaluminum chloride project; 10000 tons of flame retardant phenanthrene DOPO, 6000 tons of flame retardant MPPA, 4000 tons of flame retardant polyphosphate ester, and 30000 tons of polyaluminum chloride and corresponding supporting facilities.

Inner Mongolia Haopu Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2018, with its registered address located in Bayin Aobao Industrial Park, Wustai Town, Alxa League Economic and Technological Development Zone, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Previously, the company invested a total of 660 million yuan to build a pesticide intermediate and high-end flame retardant project. The first phase started construction in May 2019, with an investment of nearly 200 million yuan. It has now built a production plant for pesticide intermediate methyl phosphonic acid diethyl ester with an annual output of 10000 tons and put it into operation. The second phase focuses on the co production linkage of the first phase products, with an investment of 460 million yuan, and will build production facilities for 10000 tons of diethyl ester, 20000 tons of flame retardants, and 30000 tons of water treatment agents.
